The different memberships - Explained

Membership - Standard:

Visible to everyone. Everyone has the opportunity to join as no approval is needed.

Examples of areas of use:

- Association membership

- Department membership

Membership - Requires Approval:

Visible to everyone in the app. The difference from "standard" is that the user needs to be approved to be connected to the group. Applications are managed in the dashboard. The membership also supports bulk invitations where you can invite members by copying in their email addresses from e.g. Google Sheets. If they accept the invitation, they automatically become members and no further approval from you is needed. Examples of areas of use:

- New students attending Orientation Days

Membership - Invitation

The membership is not visible to everyone in the app. In order for members to join, you must invite the students by searching for them in the app. You search for the students you want to add, either by their email address or name. The membership also supports bulk invitations where you can invite members by copying in their email addresses from e.g. Google Sheets. Examples of areas of use:

- Pre-purchase groups where only those who have the right to buy the ticket have the opportunity to see the ticket types
