Please note that the organiser decides if tickets are transferable or not.
If they are transferable, you will find a transfer icon on the top right corner of the ticket.
To find your ticket and transfer it - Go to your profile, located in the top right corner of the home page in the Orbi app - where purchased tickets are gathered. Click on the ticket to make the QR code appear. If the ticket is transferable, you will see a transfer icon on the top right corner of the ticket. Press the transfer icon and you'll then be able to enter the information about the person you want to transfer the ticket to.
