Having trouble scanning your tickets?
If you're having trouble using the Orbi scanner you should be able to find all the answers below. Otherwise, get in touch and we'll be happy to help.-
My camera isn't working, what do I do?
Upon opening the Orbi Scanner you should be prompted to grant permissions for the Orbi app to access your camera.
If for some reason this doesn't happen, please go to your phone settings and grant permission there.
This is different across all phones, so we advise you to search online based on the model that you have.

How do I scan a ticket?
Before you start scanning tickets, ensure that you've selected the correct event.
Once you've granted camera permissions, all you need to do is point the camera at the QR code and you can start letting people into your event.
After each scan you will see the status and all additional information of the scanned ticket.
-
What does “Undo Consume Ticket” mean?
"Undo-ing" the consumption of a ticket means that the ticket can be used to get into the event again.
There may be occasions where event-goers would like to temporarily leave the event but come back later, we advise to use this feature to grant attendants access to come back in.
Simply scan a ticket and select "Undo Consume Ticket" to revert its status. Then scan once more to consume a ticket.
You can do this as many times as you like.
-
Why can I only see the QR icon for some events?
The ability to scan tickets are limited to administrators of the event or if you've been invited by an administrator. If you are neither, then you will not be able to access the Orbi Scanner.
