How does Orbi Pay work?
In order to receive payments through our system, you will need to complete a separate registration process. However, this registration only needs to be done once.
You have flexibility in choosing the extent to which you want to use our payment system. As the cashier, you will receive a comprehensive weekly report that includes all sales within your organization. This report often includes various sub-groups. It will provide you with detailed information about sales by group/committee and ticket type.
Additionally, our system allows you to directly refund tickets, with fees returned. In simpler terms, there are no fixed costs.

How do I set up Orbi Pay?
To set up Orbi Pay, follow these steps:
1.) Go to your admin dashboard and navigate to the Orbi Pay tab located in the left section.
2.) Click on 'Edit company information'. This action will redirect you to Stripe, where you will need to input your organisation's details. You will also be asked to provide a verification document, which should not be older than 6 months. We recommend submitting an Account activity statement, which can be ordered through your internet bank.
3.) Once you have provided all the required information, confirm the details, and you will be ready to start using Orbi Pay.

How do we scan the tickets?There are three options for scanning tickets: QR code scanning within the app, QR code scanning via computer, and external QR code scanning with a QR reader.

What will be shown on the tickets?
Except for the QR code, name, type of membership and the replays of questions asked.

Can we communicate with the attendees through the app?
Yes, you create a post that will be sent as a notification to your attendees and the ones who saved the event.
